The TIRALO price is $3250 + $213 shipping. A $50 surcharge applies to credit card orders.

The price includes the Tiralo as well as spare parts. Regular shipping by Pilot Air Freight takes an average of 7 days. Faster shipping is available on request.

O R D E R     F O R M

By signing this order form with his/her e-mail address, the buyer authorizes and consents to the delivery of the products ordered, and agrees with the following conditions:

General selling conditions

• Delivery time may vary. T.I.R.A.L.O. LLC is not responsible for any delays. A delay shall not entitle the buyer to cancel the order or to claim damages.
• Complete payment must be included with the order or must be made at time of order.
• T.I.R.A.L.O. LLC is not responsible for shipping damages. The product is shipped fully insured. Upon delivery, the buyer must have the delivery person acknowledge, in writing, any damage to the box and ask him for the procedure to follow.
• Refusal of shipment: we will reimburse your payment less a 10% restocking fee and less shipping charges. Customer is responsible for all shipping related charges.
• Return policy: the product must be returned in "as-new" condition, in its original packaging and sent back within 30 days to the address we will tell you. Customer is responsible for all shipping related charges. We will refund your payment less a 10% restocking fee and less shipping charges. If the product is not returned as described above, we will charge you also the cost of bringing it back to "as-new" condition.
• The buyer acknowledges receipt of a copy of the User's Guide: "TIRALO: ASSEMBLY, OPERATION AND SAFETY MANUAL" (available for download from the top of the TIRALO webpage) and fully agrees to its terms and conditions.
• This Agreement shall be construed, and any dispute shall be resolved, under the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute which cannot be settled between the buyer and T.I.R.A.L.O. LLC shall be exclusively settled by arbitration according to the procedure and rules used by T.I.R.A.L.O. LLC.

Warranty
T.I.R.A.L.O. LLC offers warranty coverage for one year from the date of delivery, except for the fabric, which is not covered by the warranty. This warranty covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. It does not cover damages which occur during shipment or which result from accident or misuse. Any defective parts covered under this warranty shall be sent to T.I.R.A.L.O. LLC at the customer's expense and to the location specified by T.I.R.A.L.O. LLC at that time. T.I.R.A.L.O. LLC shall then send a replacement part at its own expense.

Conditions for use
I have read the User's Guide (right click then Save Target As) and the Warnings section on the product web page. I will mount and use the product I buy according to the User's Guide. I understand that the user should have proper insurance (including medical and liability insurances) and that the user should use the product with care. I agree that I am responsible, and will hold T.I.R.A.L.O. LLC harmless, for any consequences or injuries that may result from the use and ownership of the product.
